Ordering Medications

The Medication Store has strict guidelines in order to dispense prescriptions, effectively, efficiently and responsibly. It is our aim and ethos to provide the very best online pharmacy services available online. There is a process each patient must follow in order to receive a diagnosis and medication. Not all customers will be eligible to receive for all products sold in the store and limits on the volumes of any medication may be imposed.

Order Limits

The Medication Store will limit the volume and unites of certain drugs sold. This is determined by the type of medication prescribed to you, the type of disease or illness being addressed and the dosage required for effective treatment. All purchases are logged and multiple orders of the same product may be declined if dosages have ordered been requested.

Medications are only provided to the purchaser, nor can a customer purchase on behalf of a noterh party. This ensures that medications are dispensed responsibly.

ID Checks

ID checks may be required at the point of sale. This is a security measure to ensure that drugs are provided only to the patient they are prescribed to. Our online portal handles this process efficiently, should it be required for your order.

Payment Processing

Once you place your order, and if accepted by our partner pharmacy, your credit or debit card will need to have cleared funds to pre-authorise the total order amount. The total order amount will then be pre-authorised until your prescription is completed by our partner online pharmacy. Should your order not be signed off by our pharmacist, the funds will be released and you will not be charged. The time for funds to clear back onto your card can vary depending on your bank, please contact them for further details on these timescales.

Patient Portal

Once you place an order you will receive an email with your Patient Portal log in details. Here you can access order information, such as status, delivery updates and contact details for queries. The portal also provides important information on who to contact should you require further advice or have any medical or drug related questions or queries. We would recommend you log in immediately and check the progress of your prescription.


Once your order is approved it will be passed to our registered partner online pharmacy. If orders are received before 3:00pm they will be processed same day and delivered within the timescales specified at checkout. Orders placed after 3:00 will be processed the following working day.
